Q? What are soft furnishings?

A. Soft furnishings refer to items made from cloth – such as textiles and fabrics that are used to decorate a space or provide privacy or heat protection. Curtains, Blinds, Upholstery (furniture coverings) and Wall coverings, are examples of common soft furnishings. Changing soft furnishings is one of the most effective and fastest way to redecorate a space. For example, you could brighten up a room and change its mood by adding light or bright coloured furnishings.

Q? What services do SOFTHOME provide?

A. We are a one-stop solution provider that specializes in soft furnishings – from curtains, blinds, wallpaper, window films to upholstery, hence our name, SOFTHOME. Our products serve not just its functional use or just as a decoration. It also provides value-added purpose of protection, privacy protection and protection from the sun (e.g. window films).

Our consultants will come to your home to discuss your needs and offer you solutions for your consideration. Measurements will be taken then to provide you with an accurate and non-obligatory quotation for your consideration. Alternatively, you could email us your dimensions and floor plan at sales@softhome.sg and we can provide you with a proposal for your consideration or head down to our showroom to experience.

 

Q? I am looking for something unusual. Do you do customization?

A. Yes! We have done customized projects for medical clinics, therapy & spa centre, museums etc, that require privacy and wish to do away with fixed partition systems, a flexible cubicle curtain system is a great solution. Customization is all about being unique, email to us at sales@softhome.sg and our consultants will be able to work out a proper project solution for you

Q? Can I see samples?

A. Definitely. During our consultation, you will get to see a wide range of fabrics in all kinds of textures and colors sourced from all around the world.

Q? How long does installation take?

A. Generally for most residential units, installation will be completed within a day. For larger-scale commercial projects, installation could span over a few days.
Installation takes place during normal working hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm). Upon request, or due to nature of projects, weekend and night installations.

Q? Pricing & Warranties

A. Most products comes with 1 year warranty, our motorized systems comes with a longer warranty up to 5 years. Our warranty covers the functionality of the mechanism only. There are no warranties covered due to wear and tear.

 

Q? Payment methods accepted

A. We accept Cash, PayNow, GrabPay, Credit Cards (with a fee), Atome (Buy Now Pay Later BNPL). Check with our sales consultant if you are unsure.
