Night Curtains

Also known as drapes, Night Curtains are mainly classified into 2, namely Blackout and Dim-Out fabrics.

Blackout Curtains can block out up to 100% light (No light passes through the fabric, however some light 'wades' in via the ends of curtain). 
It is an excellent way to keep the room cool – ideal for a tropical country like Singapore, as well as for maximum privacy.
Best used with Day Curtains for flexible light control during the day.

At softhome, we carry 2 main types of Blackout Fabrics

1) Blackout fabrics with a smooth backing that helps to repel water, reflect a huge portion of light. However these are not washable. The plus point is that these fabrics comes in a wide range of aesthetically pleasing colours and textures.
2) Blackout fabrics that are washable, these are new in the industry and they are relatively stiffer and thicker. Great for users whom requires washing of curtains frequently.

Ideal for bedrooms, home theatre, entertainment or meeting / conference rooms.

On the other hand, Dim-Out fabrics, with light dimming features will not block light completely, however good enough to block the irritating part of the hurtful sun’s ray. Dim-out fabric is suitable for people who still want some sunlight into the house and yet not compromising privacy.
