At softhome, we are doing our best to keep our products relevant to the future. In support of Singapore Government's effort to push for a Smart Nation, We believe home automation and smart home is the way to go moving forward, with IoT, IFTTT capability, hence we collaborated with Homey.
This is a product that integrates and connects your smart products and devices all in one app. Whats best is you can control the products with your voice (Talk to the Smartphone App, or use one of the integrations such as Amazon Echo, Google Assistant and Facebook Messenger.)
That being said, Homey can link to our motorised curtains/ motorised blinds products. Which means you can control it via your smart phone or even with your voice*
Some common items that can be linked up:

Lights: Philips Hue, IKEA's TRÅDFRI, LIFX, WeMo & etc
Speakers: SONOS & etc
TV: Samsung, Philips, LG, Panasonic, Sony & etc
