Who are we looking for?

2) Leadership capabilities will be highly considered.
3) Team player, we don’t play politics. We have frequent meetings and heart to heart sessions. Internally we target issues, not individuals.
4) No prior experience required (Experienced will also be welcomed but you have to unlearn what you have learnt and be ready to accept new ways), training will be provided, just your heart and commitment.
5) Be prepared for a challenging environment as there are a lot of products and combinations to learn and absorb. This is why it is fulfilling.
6) We are only humans and we want to have good human beings together, positivity adds positivity. If you vibe with that, you know what we are talking about. Negativity is totally not welcomed here.

Specifically looking at:
1) Marketing - A person well verse with graphics design and will be incharge with planning and monitoring digital ads, social media etc.
Able to use Adobe Illustrator and edit PDFs. Creating digital catalogues of our products.
Plus point if you are good with video editing, even if you are not, plus point if you are willing to learn and try.
In charge of integrating products to e-commerce store
Take charge to come out with ideas for ways to value add home owners.
May require you to speak to clients and assume sales person role. Being in an SME means your roles can be alittle of here and there. But we assure it will be fulfilling and challenging and doable.
